On entering the double gates there is ample off-road parking leading to a private lawned garden with flowers and a patio area.

Recently modernised to a very high standard in keeping with the character of the cottage, the rooms have a light airy feel with panoramic views from all windows. The rear stable door gives access via the hallway to the bathroom, which has a modern white 3 piece suite with electric shower.

The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, leads to the beamed dining room which features an original bread-oven and wooden floor.

The beamed lounge has a wooden floor and a wood-burning stove.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double (with room for cot if required) and one twin-bed room.
